  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately.
  • Working in line with care plans, risk assessments, and organisational policies.

What We're Looking For

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience supporting individuals in a variety of care settings, with a minimum of 12 months of experience.
  • Genuine passion for building positive relationships and helping people achieve their goals.
  • Competence and confidence in administering medication.
  • Experience providing personal care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible approach to working across different locations and support packages
  • The ability to provide consistent support and develop trusting relationships with the people you support.

A commitment to delivering person-led support that focuses on individuals' choices, independence and well-being.

Working Pattern

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts across the week, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Opportunities for sleep-in shifts may also be offered.
  • Travel required across North and South Warwickshire.

What We Offer

  • Competitive rates of pay.
  • Flexible working opportunities to fit around your lifestyle and commitments.
  • Opportunities to work with regular individuals and build meaningful long-term relationships
  • Free Blue Light Card – giving you access to thousands of discounts on shopping, travel, dining, and more.
  • Your birthday off every year.
  • Christmas bonus*.
  • Free enhanced DBS check*.
  • Fully paid induction and ongoing training.
  • Access to a confidential wellbeing helpline.

A supportive management team that values your well-being and work-life balance. An opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's life every day. If you are passionate about supporting others and have the skills, experience, and flexibility we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
