Your role Lead a team of Care and Support Assistants Work closely with staff to provide personal care and support, helping customers build independence and confidence Handle medication safely and responsibly Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues Promote safe practices, complete risk assessments and manage safeguarding to keep customers safe Create and update electronic care and support plans

Your skills Experience supervising a team Personalised approach to care with strong interpersonal skills Recent experience supporting vulnerable people in a similar role Enthusiastic and flexible approach Strong organisational skills and basic literacy and numeracy Understanding of relevant legislation and best practice NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
