About the Role
\n As a locum Consultant in General Anaesthetics, you'll deliver safe and effective anaesthesia across a range of surgical specialties.
Responsibilities
\n * Providing general anaesthesia for elective and emergency procedures
\n * Conducting pre-operative assessments and post-operative care
\n * Supporting junior anaesthetists and theatre staff
\n * Participating in audits and clinical governance
What We're Looking For
Essential:
\n * MBBS or equivalent medical degree
\n * Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
\n * FRCA or equivalent
\n * A current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or PVG check - or a willingness to undergo one as part of the registration process
\n * UK Right to Work
\n * Strong communication and teamworking skills
Desirable:
\n * CCT in Anaesthetics (or within 6 months of achieving it)
