About the Role
\nWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Lead to champion person-centred approaches that improve the quality of life for an individual who may display behaviours of concern. The PBS Lead will provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to staff teams, ensuring that positive behaviour support principles are embedded throughout service delivery. There will be a focus on community access and therefore being able to drive the client's vehicle would be advantageous.
\nThis role offers flexible working arrangements to enable community access at different times & days, across a 25-hour week, making it ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance while making a meaningful impact.
