Were looking for a handson motivated Deputy Hotel Manager to support the Hotel Manager in delivering outstanding operations service excellence and commercial performance across our you thrive in a fastpaced hospitality environment enjoy developing people and have a passion for high standards this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real a Deputy Hotel Manager youll play a crucial role in ensuring the hotel runs smoothly every day- providing visible leadership supporting Heads of Department and deputising for the Hotel Manager during periods of help drive high performance across all departments ensuring teams are well-trained wellresourced and delivering consistently excellent service. With a strong focus on operational excellence compliance and guest satisfaction youll support the hotels success from both a service and commercial you will be the Hotel Manager across all areas of hotel management to ensure seamless daily deputise for the Hotel Manager maintaining quality consistency and leadership when closely with Heads of Department to ensure departmental efficiency performance and the control of financial performance including sales profit margins budgets wage costs and ensure all financial targets are met and expenditure remains within risks to peWork closely with the People Team to support recruitment induction and development of departmental leaders and their mentor and motivate Heads of Department to improve capability engagement and experience managing large teams across multiple hotel or hospitality departments.A leadership style that promotes culture engagement development and commercial acumen with experience supporting financial IT skills and confidence using a range of organisational ability to manage a varied and demanding emotional intelligence with the ability to lead through change and resolve conflict supporting or delivering largescale operational or commercial to work evenings weekends and bank UK Driving why Parkdean ResortsWell besides the one-of-a-kind team culture stunning locations across the UK and the chance to work with the UKs largest holiday park organisation we can offer:The chance to develop your skills and boost your career across our 65 parks weve got your back when it comes to training!Youre never on your own with our Employee Assistance Programme!
