To administer the resolution of customer invoices queries subsequently
issuing credit notes where applicable.
To proactively contact customers via telephone and email to secure payment
commitments for invoices ensuring they are paid to agreed payment terms.
Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility

Manage inbound calls and email relating to all of the above areas
ensuring our customers expectations are always appropriately met
Actively engage with internal departments such as Sales Customer
Relationship Management Customer Services and Finance where
appropriate to ensure all of the above are achieved
Ensure all tasks are completed with agreed timescales ensuring all
defined quality standards are met.
Complete adhoc tasks in relation to the above when appropriate
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Candidates must have achieved GCSE/Level 2 in Maths and English.
Apprentices must have achieved a pass at GCSE/Level 2 in Maths and English before they can complete their final exams.
Providers for the chosen qualification may also set their own eligibility criteria that candidates must meet.
Apprenticeship Qualification:
Completion of a Level 3 Business Admin qualification.
