Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?

Are you a proactive SHEQ Advisor with telecoms experience and a NEBOSH qualification? A great opportunity is available to join a growing team delivering essential telecoms infrastructure projects across the South West. This role offers the chance to influence safety culture, drive best practice, and support operational teams in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll be doing You will work closely with project teams to ensure health, safety, environmental and quality standards are fully embedded across all activities.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the implementation of SHEQ policies and procedures

Carrying out site inspections, audits and risk assessments

Promoting a positive safety culture across telecoms projects

Investigating incidents and identifying corrective actions

Providing SHEQ guidance to operational teams and stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards

What you’ll bring?

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Proven experience within the telecoms sector (essential)

NEBOSH qualification (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of SHEQ regulations and best practice

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

A proactive and solution-focused approach

Full UK driving licence
