Electrical Construction Manager – Data Centre Location: Camberley Rate: £75,000-£95,000 DOE Contract Type: PAYE Start Date: August 2026 We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of electrical works on a major data centre project in Camberley. The successful candidate will manage the electrical package from installation through to testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring the works are delivered safely, on programme, to specification and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage the day-to-day delivery of electrical construction works across the project. * Lead and coordinate electrical subcontractors, supervisors, engineers and site teams. * Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and in accordance with project specifications. * Coordinate electrical activities with CSA, mechanical, BMS, controls, design and commissioning teams. * Review electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, technical submissions, RAMS, ITPs and construction programmes. * Manage permits, labour, materials, plant, access, logistics and site resources. * Monitor progress, productivity, labour levels and subcontractor performance. * Produce progress reports, short-term programmes, look-ahead schedules and recovery plans where required. * Attend client, design, coordination, construction and progress meetin...
