Primary Teaching Assistant - Part-Time Opportunities Available Location: Lincoln Pay: £105 -£140 per day (depending on experience) Start Date: New Term Start Working Pattern: Part-Time (Flexible Days Available) Make a Difference in the Classroom This September Are you looking for a rewarding part-time role where you can help young learners thrive? Clarence Recruitment is working with a number of welcoming primary schools across Lincoln that are seeking enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join their teams for the new academic year. Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, a graduate considering a career in education, or someone with experience supporting children, we would love to hear from you. This flexible part-time opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking a better work-life balance whilst making a real impact on children's learning and development. The Role As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom. Working closely with teachers and school staff, you will: Support children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 with their learning activities. Work with small groups and individual pupils to build confidence and promote progress. Assist children with additional learning needs where required.
