Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage complex technology transactions with partner support where required. * Advise clients on AI‑related contractual, regulatory and governance issues. * Negotiate and draft a wide variety of technology and commercial agreements. * Provide strategic and commercially focused advice on technology procurement and implementation projects. * Manage client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives. * Support and mentor junior lawyers within the team.
