Job description

# About you: To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. Professional qualification in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy or equivalent). 2. Registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with Health Care & Professions Council (HCPC) and post-qualification clinical experience, working under supervision. 3. Experience of delivering innovative and effective teaching and assessments, including use of technology, space and resources, and supporting others to undertake these. 4. Effective performance of leading academic administrative duties e.g. module leadership or development, curriculum stream leadership, management of examinations / assessments. 5. Experience of role of student support such as Personal Tutoring or clinical advising. 6. Fellowship of the HEA or on track to receive a Fellowship in the next two years, or relevant qualification in education. **Desirable criteria** 1. Dissemination of teaching innovations and initiatives at departmental level, or through publication, conferences or through other HEIs or professional groups. 2. Presentations at UK HEIs, and national conferences or Faculty and School teaching awards. 3. Evidence of engagement with research or scholarship in education, (e.g. evaluating teaching practice, assessment processes, curriculum development), and using findings to inform educational enhancement. 4.
