As a trusted assessor youll work alongside Social Workers Occupational Therapists Physiotherapists and Intermediate Care Nurses.
Youll work autonomously across a range of settings including hospitals community locations and peoples homes delivering person-centred support that empowers individuals to reach their full potential.
