We are currently looking for caring, compassionate, and dedicated Care Practitioners to join our growing team. Whether you are experienced in care or looking for a rewarding new career, we will provide the support, training, and development opportunities you need to succeed.

About the Role

As a Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to live happy, comfortable, and fulfilling lives by:

Providing high-quality personal care with dignity and respect

Supporting residents with daily living activities

Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing

Assisting with activities and social engagement

Working collaboratively as part of a supportive care team

Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately
