The Role\n

\nWorking closely with the Hospital Administrator and leadership team, you'll:\n

  • Lead the clinical team

  • Mentor and support associate veterinarians

  • Develop medical protocols

  • Drive hospital growth

  • Maintain exceptional standards of medicine

  • Help oversee the transition into a combined urgent care and general practice model

\nThis role is ideal for a veterinarian with urgent care or emergency experience who enjoys leadership, mentoring and developing high-performing clinical teams.\n

  • Base salary $165,000-$185,000
