\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading food manufacturers, investing heavily in its people, packaging technology, and manufacturing capability. You'll take ownership of packaging performance across a high-volume production environment, working on everything from material optimisation and packaging development to efficiency improvements, sustainability initiatives, and the introduction of new technologies.
\nWorking closely with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and NPD teams, you'll play a key role in improving packaging performance, reducing waste, increasing line efficiencies, and delivering innovative packaging solutions that support long-term business growth.
