\nWe have an urgent requirement for a Freelance Site Manager working for one of the UK's leading Offsite and Modular Build construction specialists. This is a great opportunity to work on a high-profile MOD project near Reading, Berkshire.\n
\n
\nYou will join a company with an outstanding reputation for delivering on complex, technically demanding projects, and this assignment is no different. If you hold active SC Clearance and have a solid modular or offsite construction background, we want to hear from you.\n
\n
\nSite Manager duties:\n
\n
\n \n
\n
\n
    \n
  • On-site management and delivery of modular construction works at AWE Aldermaston
    • \n
  • Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site logistics
    • \n
  • Enforcing site H&S standards in line with MOD site requirements
    • \n
  • Reporting to the Project Manager and maintaining programme
    • \n
Site Manager experience required:\n
\n
\n \n
\n
\n
    \n
  • Active SC Level Security Clearance — non-negotiable
    • \n
  • Proven Site Manager experience in modular, offsite or construction
    • \n
  • SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS (Gold Card minimum)
    • \n
  • Experience working on secure, restricted access or MOD sites is a strong advantage
    • \n
  • A calm, professional approach — this site demands it
    • \n
