all sites, focusing on driving high-value bookings and maximising revenue. - Collaborate closely with restaurant management teams to ensure
seamless execution of large events, offering a world-class dining
experience tailored to client needs. - Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to create and execute
targeted campaigns aimed at specific customer segments and markets. - Align sales strategies with ongoing marketing initiatives, ensuring a
consistent message across all customer touchpoints, from promotions to
customer retention programs. - Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team on where to
focus efforts based on sales data and trends. - Provide detailed reporting on sales performance, including KPIs,
revenue targets, and event bookings, to the Sales Director and senior
leadership. - Use data-driven insights to adjust sales tactics and improve overall
performance. - Mentor and lead junior sales staff, providing guidance on proactive
sales techniques, client management, and event booking. - Foster a culture of high performance and accountability within the
sales team, ensuring everyone is aligned with the broader company goals. - Set clear objectives and performance targets for the team, driving
results in a competitive environment.
Requirements:

implement aggressive sales strategies. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship
management skills. - Collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside marketing
teams to drive sales growth. - Analytical and results-focused, with proficiency in using sales data
