New Business Manager/Sales Manager (Debt Recovery Industry)

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join an ambitious expanding UK Credit Management Company, based at their head offices in Skelmersdale.
This role is managing a team of 3 Sales Advisors and driving performance. You will also be hands on with business development activities by researching opportunities, implementing sales strategies and monitoring the new business teams effectiveness and professionalism.
Core Tasks
Respond to telephone calls and allocating these to staff as appropriate.
Assist with the implementation and adherence of controls to monitor compliance with Fair Debt Collection Practices set down by the FCA & Credit Services Association.
Liaise with Accounts and IT departments to produce weekly and monthly reports to provide relevant information for the Directors.
Liaise with all departments to ensure effective and accurate information is provided to the customers.
Continually review processes and procedures and make recommendations for improvements and maintain written guidance.
