Location - HMP Boston(Lincolnshire) Prison - Refurbishment
\nDuration - 50 weeks
\nThe Role - Multi-skilled Operator
\nAs Multi-trader , you will be responsible for the safe and efficient day-to-day trades on site, ensuring all activities are delivered in line with programme, budget, quality standards, and strict prison security procedures.
\nThis is a hands on role, responsible for multi trade activities including carpentry, general fabric and externals .
\nYou will coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades across and fire protection packages, while maintaining strong communication with the client, prison staff, and wider project teams.
\nWorking within a live custodial environment will require excellent planning, attention to detail, and the ability to manage works with minimal disruption to prison operations.

\nTo be considered for this role, you must have multi-skilled experience within construction, refurbishment, FM or maintenance projects.
\nExperience working within live environments such as prisons, hospitals, schools, MOD sites or other secure facilities would be highly advantageous.

\nDue to the nature of the project and security requirements, all successful applicants will be required to undergo full prison vetting prior to starting on site. Applications are being accepted now to allow sufficient time for clearance to be completed ahead of the planned May start date.
