\nWe're looking for an experienced Bulldozer Driver to join the team at East Ren Golf Club, supporting a major course development and improvement project. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position with consistent hours, competitive pay, and the chance to work on a unique and prestigious site.\n

What You'll Be Doing:\n
\n

  • Operating bulldozers safely and efficiently across the site
    • \n
  • Carrying out earthworks, grading, levelling and shaping works
    • \n
  • Moving and distributing materials as required
    • \n
  • Supporting course construction and improvement projects
    • \n
  • Conducting daily plant checks and reporting defects
    • \n
  • Working closely with site management and groundworks teams
    • \n
  • Maintaining high Health & Safety standards at all times
    • \n
  • Keeping work areas safe, tidy and operational
    • \n
Who We're Looking For:\n

    \n
  • Proven experience operating bulldozers within construction, civil engineering, earthworks, quarrying or similar environments
    • \n
  • Relevant plant qualifications and certification
    • \n
  • Strong understanding of site safety procedures
    • \n
  • Reliable, professional and self-motivated approach
    • \n
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
    • \n
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
    • \n
Desirable Experience:\n
\n
    \n
  • GPS machine control experience
    • \n
  • Earthworks and landscaping projects
    • \n
  • Golf course construction or maintenance projects
    • \n
  • Operation of additional plant including excavators, dumpers or rollers
    • \n
