School Receptionist | Dacorum, Hertfordshire Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) Contract: Permanent, Full Time Are you a friendly, organised and professional administrator who enjoys working with people? Do you thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same? We are recruiting on behalf of a secondary school for an enthusiastic School Receptionist to become the welcoming face of the school. As the first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors and staff, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring the smooth running of a busy reception. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and vibrant school community where every day brings something different. The Role As School Receptionist, you will: Welcome visitors and provide a professional front-of-house service. Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to enquiries. Support pupils, parents, staff and visitors throughout the school day. Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries. Maintain accurate records and assist with a range of administrative tasks. Provide general administrative support to the wider school as required.
