\n \n Are you a Junior Maintenance Engineer from a mechanical or electrical background looking to join a leading food manufacturer offering specialist training, unlimited overtime with the opportunity to move onto a 4 on 4 off shift pattern once fully trained?\n \nThis company is a respected name within the food production sector, supplying high-quality products to customers across the UK. \nIn this role, you will work alongside experienced engineers carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across production and packaging machinery. You will receive hands-on training in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding and continuous improvement, with the opportunity to progress onto a 4 on 4 off shift pattern once fully trained.
\nThis role would suit a Junior Maintenance Engineer looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment while benefiting from excellent training, unlimited overtime and genuine career progression.
