Subsidence Claims Consultant - About the role
This role sits at the centre of the technical claims operation. Youll manage your own portfolio of domestic and commercial subsidence claims, using your engineering insight, analytical mindset, and problem solving instincts to guide each case from first report to resolution. Every claim is a puzzle, and youre the one who pieces it together.
Working from home, youll blend technical authority with empathy and communication. Youll translate complex structural issues into clear, confident explanations that help policyholders feel informed and supported. Youll collaborate with engineers, surveyors, loss adjusters and contractorsalways steering the process toward fair, timely and high quality outcomes.
