You Will Work With

• Delivering large-scale Data, Analytics and AI transformation programmes
\n
• Engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders to understand challenges and define solutions
\n
• Translating business requirements into practical data and technology strategies
\n
• Designing and implementing modern data platforms, pipelines and analytical solutions
\n
• Supporting the development of scalable cloud-based data ecosystems using Azure, AWS or GCP
\n
• Data strategy, operating models and transformation roadmaps
\n
• Data governance, data quality and wider data management initiatives
\n
• AI and machine learning use cases that support business growth and innovation
\n
• Programme governance, planning, risk management and delivery activities
\n
• Cross-functional teams including Architects, Engineers, Data Scientists and Business Analysts
\n
• Agile delivery methodologies and best practices
\n
• Business development, proposal support and client engagement activities
\n
• Mentoring and supporting less experienced colleagues where appropriate
\n
• Identifying opportunities to introduce innovative approaches, technologies and solutions

Key Experience

\n

\n
• Experience delivering Data, Analytics, AI or Digital Transformation initiatives
\n
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
\n
• Experience in project, programme or transformation delivery environments
\n
• Understanding of data management, data governance and data quality concepts
\n
• Knowledge of analytics, reporting and AI solutions
\n
• Understanding of data modelling and data architecture principles
\n
• Experience working with modern data platforms and cloud technologies including Azure, AWS or GCP
\n
• Exposure to data pipelines, data warehouses and analytical ecosystems
\n
• Familiarity with SQL, Python or similar technologies used for data analysis and automation
\n
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\n
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, data-driven solutions
\n
• Consulting, advisory or client-facing experience is highly beneficial
\n
