\nBlue Arrow is recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join a professional and dynamic kitchen team in the Reading area.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef looking to take the next step in their career within a quality-driven kitchen that focuses on fresh ingredients, high standards, and exceptional guest experiences.
\nWorking closely with the Head Chef, you will play a key role in leading the kitchen team, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
\nThe Role
\nAs Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management while helping to inspire, develop, and lead the brigade. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen organisation.
