A large secondary school in Northwood is looking to appoint a dedicated Physics Teacher to join their successful Science department from September.

This is a full-time, temporary to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role within a supportive school community. Working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Salary will be paid in line with the Outer London MPS/UPS, depending on experience. On-site parking is available for staff.

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Physics lessons that inspire students to develop a strong understanding of scientific principles and their real-world applications.
• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that challenge and support students of all abilities, helping them achieve excellent academic outcomes.
• Foster curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through practical investigations and interactive learning.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment where students feel confident to participate and succeed.
• Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback to support student progress and raise attainment.
