On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for an experienced Schemes Technical Product Manager to join a leading insurance business with a well-established delegated authority and schemes proposition.
This is a senior technical role responsible for the ownership, development and performance of a portfolio of insurance schemes. Working closely with insurers, capacity providers and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in driving product innovation, commercial growth and technical excellence across the business.
The OpportunityYou'll take ownership of a portfolio of delegated authority products, ensuring they remain commercially competitive, technically robust and aligned with both insurer and client expectations.
Working across underwriting, broking and insurer relationships, you'll lead scheme development, tenders, audits and performance reviews while helping shape the future direction of the wider schemes proposition.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong technical insurance knowledge with commercial awareness and enjoys influencing strategy within a growing organisation.
