We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and rapidly growing horticultural business seeking a Harvest Manager to lead its turf harvest operation and play a key role in the next stage of the company's development.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced agricultural professional who enjoys balancing people leadership with hands-on operational involvement. You'll be managing a dedicated harvest team, overseeing machinery and equipment, and ensuring products are harvested efficiently and delivered to the highest standards.

The Role
As Harvest Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for ensuring turf harvest operations run safely, efficiently, and to customer specification.
This is a hands-on management role where no two days are the same. You'll spend time coordinating people, operating machinery, communicating with different departments, monitoring quality, and ensuring harvest schedules are delivered successfully.
Working closely with the Farm Director and wider management team, you'll be instrumental in keeping the operation running smoothly and ensuring customers receive the high-quality product and service they expect.
About You
We're looking for a confident and capable manager who enjoys leading from the front.
You may currently be a Harvest Manager, Farm Supervisor, Agricultural Operations Manager, Production Supervisor, or Team Leader looking for your next challenge.
You'll ideally have:
Experience managing harvest operations or working within large-scale field-based production environments would be highly advantageous.
