Job Description:
To manufacture, assemble, and process high-quality gazebo frames & other products in a safe and efficient manner. As a key member of a UK-based manufacturing team, the Warehouse Metal Fabricator is responsible for the end-to-end physical production of metal components, assisting in warehouse logistics, supporting dispatch, and contributing to the development of new products.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
1. Metal Fabrication & Production
Measurement & Preparation: Accurately measure raw metal materials according product specifications.
Fabrication: Safely operate machinery and hand tools to cut, drill, and shape metal components.
Assembly: Construct heavy-duty gazebo frames, ensuring joints, fittings, and structures meet the companys strict quality control standards.
General Production: Assist across the factory floor as required to meet daily production targets and manufacturing deadlines.
2. Warehouse & Logistics
Material Handling: Operate a forklift safely to unload raw materials, organize warehouse stock, and move heavy components to the production line.
Dispatch Support: Pick, pack, and prepare finished gazebo frames and accessories for safe transit and dispatch to customers.
