Job description
Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic Location: RAF Marham, Norfolk Role Type: Permanent Salary: £36,443 + benefits & relocation support potential Aircraft Mechanics required to join a leading engineering business providing support to the F-35 Fleet based at RAF Marham. 4 Day Working Week Monday - Thursday Hours: 07.15 - 17.00Candidates would need to hold British nationality and have lived & worked in the UK for 5+ years and be eligible for SC security clearance. What the role of the Aircraft Mechanic entails: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with the Approved Technical Information and relevant risk assessments and that all airworthiness records are maintained Make sure all activities are appropriately documented and identify and report any issues and escalate as appropriate Procedure/Standards - Complying with the Organisations MOE, its associated procedures and standards, and any other company procedures and standards Safety Management System - You will understand and apply human factors, error management, within maintenance Continuing Airworthiness Assurance (Quality) - Ensuring maintenance activities are compliant with the Continuing Airworthiness Assurance Management system You will be undertaking a range of maintenance on an aircraft which may include, as appropriate, aircraft role changes, component removals, inspections, repairs, modifications, fault rectifications, replacements and/o...
