Opportunity: Corporate Immigration Solicitor

Location: Reading | Hybrid | Flexible Working

Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE) + Bonus

Their immigration team is continuing to grow and they are looking for a talented Solicitor (1-4 PQE) to join them at an important stage of that journey.

This is a role that offers much more than simply managing applications. You'll work closely with businesses navigating global mobility challenges, advising on UK immigration matters, sponsor licences, visa routes and strategies that help organisations attract and retain international talent.

The Opportunity:

You'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team that combines technical expertise with a practical, commercial approach. The team works with a broad range of clients and prides itself on providing clear, straightforward advice in what can often be a complex area of law.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Manage your own caseload of corporate immigration matters
• Advise clients on sponsored work routes and wider immigration strategies
• Support businesses with sponsor licence applications, audits and compliance
• Build strong client relationships and become a trusted adviser
• Contribute to the continued development and growth of the immigration offering

What We Are Looking For:

We're keen to speak with Solicitors who have around 1-4 years' PQE and experience within UK immigration law.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience advising on UK business immigration matters
• Knowledge of sponsor licences and relevant visa categories
• Strong attention to detail and a commercial mindset
• The confidence to communicate with clients and build relationships
• An interest in developing your career within a growing specialist team
