Superb new opening to join this market-leading Investment Management team in London as Senior Associate / Counsel, from 5pqe+ level to play a pivotal role in advising some of the world's most sophisticated hedge funds and credit funds. The group's representation of a broad range of asset managers and institutional investors gives them proprietary insight on emerging trends across all major strategies, and especially in the hedge and credit space.The team advises numerous top-of-the-market hedge funds and credit funds in relation to fundraising and establishment, negotiating managed account structures and related UK regulatory obligations. They also advise numerous LPs and institutional investors on investments into funds and managed accounts.This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge matters in a team that is expanding rapidly to meet growing client demand.
