Job Details Job Title: Competition & Antitrust Associate (Non-Contentious) – Elite US law firm Salary:£200,000-£240,000 PQE Level: 2-4 PQE Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: Full-Time Firm: Our longstanding client, an elite US law firm with a large global footprint is going from strength to strength with a firm commitment to London. Role Non-contentious competition and antitrust with a focus on transactional support. * Competition and antitrust support on M&A and restructuring * Merger control and foreign investment matters * Strong focus on FS, PE, Funds, energy, tech sectors Key Attractions * Quality of work * Growing team with future career progression * Cravath pay with one of the better work/life balances at this level * Refreshingly collaborative culture Successful Candidate * 2-3 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor * Must be specialising in non-contentious competition and antitrust within the London office of a US, Magic Circle or Silver Circle law firm * Must have experience of getting merger control approvals before the EC and UK CMAs * Strong academics At Chadwick Nott, we are committed to developing a diverse and inclusive culture as well as supporting our large client network achieve the same.
