You'll operate modern plant equipment, work reliable daytime hours and become a valued member of an established team. If you're looking for stable employment where you can build a long-term career without constantly moving between sites, we'd love to hear from you.

What's in it for you?

• £20 per hour
• Permanent, full-time employment
• Paid holiday entitlement
• Predictable hours and year-round employment
• Monday to Friday working pattern, typically 7am to 5pm
• Modern plant and equipment
• Stable employment with long-term career prospects
• Free on-site parking

The Role

As a Bulldozer Operator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation on East Renfrewshire Golf Club, supporting material movement, stockpile management and site development activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety and productivity.

Responsibilities include:

· Operating bulldozers safely and efficiently

· Working closely with the Site Manager and wider operational team
· Maintaining high Health & Safety standards at all times
· Keeping work areas safe, tidy and operational

What We're Looking For

· Previous bulldozer operating experience
· CPCS, NPORS or equivalent plant certification
· Experience within quarrying, aggregates, earthworks or construction environments
· Strong commitment to Health & Safety
· Reliable and professional approach
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Why Join Us?

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role on a long-standing quarry operation offering genuine job stability, predictable working hours and year-round employment.

Rather than moving from site to site, you'll become part of an established team working on a well-managed operation with a strong track record and ongoing workload. If you're looking for consistency, security and a role where your experience is valued, this could be the ideal next step.
