About the Role: We are looking for an ambitious and highly capable Junior Solutions Analyst to join our growing AI products team. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, working with clients, understanding complex processes, and helping turn new product ideas into real-world solutions. You will support the onboarding, configuration, and ongoing development of Finova’s AI platform for mortgage intermediaries, lenders, and financial services clients. You will work closely with product, technology, client success, and commercial teams, helping clients successfully adopt our AI tools while feeding insights back into product development. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career to gain exposure to fintech, AI, mortgage distribution, and client-facing delivery. About you: Proactive Self-Starter: Comfortable taking ownership, solving problems, and navigating ambiguity. Analytical Mindset: Ability to quickly grasp client data, processes, workflows, and operational challenges. Tech & FinTech Interest: A genuine interest in AI, fintech, financial services, or tech-driven business transformation. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with software platforms and learning how to configure, test, and troubleshoot systems. Strong Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills with both internal teams and external clients. Commercially Aware: Interested in how technology helps clients improve efficiency, quality, compliance, and customer outcomes. Background: Experience in financial services, fintech, SaaS, operations, client success, product support, or consulting is a plus—but attitude, curiosity, and problem-solving ability are just as important . What will you be doing? Client Onboarding: Support new clients on the Finova AI Broker platform, helping them understand the product and how it drives business value. Platform Configuration: Customize the platform around client-specific processes, workflows, policies, and operational requirements. Troubleshooting & Support: Investigate issues and collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve them quickly. Market Research: Build a deep understanding of the mortgage intermediary market, broker workflows, compliance, and client pain points. Product Development: Share client feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and support product testing for new broker and lender tools. Documentation: Produce clear process notes, documentation, and configuration records. Brand Representation: Attend industry events, client meetings, and product demonstrations to support new business opportunities.
