Customer Relationship Manager

The CompanyOur client is a leading global organisation within the animal health sector, providing veterinary practices with a comprehensive portfolio of pharmaceuticals, consumables, technology and business solutions.
Due to a replacement hire, they are looking for a commercially focused Customer Relationship Manager to inherit a well-established territory across Scotland & The North.
The RoleThis is a predominantly account management-focused field sales role, responsible for approximately 150 veterinary practice and wholesale accounts.
You will be responsible for:
Managing all field sales and customer care activity across the territory
Driving growth across pharmaceuticals, consumables and proprietary brands
Increasing wallet share within existing accounts
Conducting 10 pre-booked face-to-face meetings per week
Managing territory activity across 4 field days and 1 administration day
Using CRM systems (Salesforce / Qlik) to manage performance and opportunities
Identifying targeted new business opportunities where appropriate
