Job description
Team Leader – Children's Home Salary: £43,180 - £50,444 per annum (assuming good attendance and up to 3 sleep-ins per month) Those huge small victories Working in our client's Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's day-to-day life. As a Team Leader, you'll help young people regain their childhood and create pathways to become well-rounded adults – an incredibly rewarding role. There will be challenges along the way, but there will also be the smallest moments that feel like huge victories. Our client's home supports young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, including ADHD. The aim is to create the best possible outcomes for every young person through consistency, compassion and high-quality care. Every positive step is celebrated, no matter how small. Get out what you put in You'll play a key role in supporting young people on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the home runs smoothly while helping to create positive experiences and lasting memories. As Team Leader, you'll provide leadership and guidance to the staff team, helping to maintain high standards of care and ensuring the home continues to operate effectively. You'll be confident deputising for the Registered and Deputy Managers when required and will have previous experience helping to manage and support a team within a children's residential setting. This role is ideal for someone ready to step up into a leadership position, rather than someone with only Senior Support Worker experience.
