Get out what you put in You'll play a key role in supporting young people day to day, ensuring the home runs smoothly while helping to create positive experiences and lasting memories. As a Team Leader, you'll also support and guide the staff team, ensuring the home continues to operate to the highest standards. You'll be prepared to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers when required. We're looking for someone who can build strong, trusting relationships with young people. Compassionate, emotionally resilient and supportive, you'll also have the leadership skills to motivate and inspire your colleagues.
