Beyond classroom teaching, responsibilities include constructing comprehensive student tracking profiles, deploying targeted technical intervention tracks for mathematical data fluency, managing parental correspondence, and supporting the school's regional engineering challenges and UKMT mathematics tournaments. You will act as a primary link with parents, examination boards, and local STEM networks, requiring absolute professionalism and data accuracy at all times. Strong organizational skills are a prerequisite, as you will balance heavy mock diagnostic marking cycles with real-time digital progress tracking inside an active secondary school framework.
