£35,798 to £36,563 dep on Level 3/4 in Childrens Residential/Workforce. This includes payments for an average of just 8 sleep-ins per month.

What You’ll Do
As a Children's Residential Support Worker you will support young people with their daily routines, getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.

Ashdene is a 5 bed service where we have a fantastic well established team, who have created a family home, where we recognise that everyone is different and unique and have different needs. We support our children to make positive progress in an environment where they can thrive and feel loved.
