We are looking for candidates with a real passion for childcare and want to make a difference to a childs day. Pick and choose between 1 day a week or 5 days a week. Working hours we require either 08:00-18:00, 08:00-17:00, or 08:30-17:30 Monday to Friday. This is an Agency position so there is alot of flexibility. Hourly rates between £16.00- £20.00 (PAYE AND UMBRELLA RATES) Depending on experience and Qualification Duties of an Agency Years Practitioner * Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework. * Plan and support age-appropriate activities that promote childrens development across all areas of learning. * Observe, assess, and record childrens progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date learning records (e.g. observations, next steps, learning journeys). * Act as a Key Person, building strong, secure relationships with assigned children and their families. * Support children to reach their full potential, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), in line with the SEND Code of Practice.
