  • Support business growth through client engagement, lead generation and development of new opportunities
  • Prepare and review quotations for geospatial projects
  • Coordinate responses to tenders, frameworks, PQQs and ITTs alongside the Commercial Team
  • Manage client change requests and commercial discussions as required
  • Represent Vision Survey at industry events, client meetings and networking opportunities
  • Lead, mentor and develop surveying teams, supporting technical development and career progression
  • Manage performance reviews, one-to-one meetings, training plans and holiday approvals
  • Promote a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
  • Monitor project performance, utilisation and profitability against agreed targets
  • Support forecasting, budgeting and monthly reporting activities
  • Contribute to recruitment planning and resource forecasting
  • Champion innovation, digital workflows and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support quality audits, compliance reviews and operational improvements

  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of project performance, utilisation and profitability
  • Experience with forecasting, cost control and commercial reporting
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to travel regionally for client meetings and operational requirements
