You will: · Review technical diagrams, job specifications, and floor plans for the day's build. · Stock the work vehicle with necessary wiring, components, and tools, often by visiting local trade counters. · Be laying and securing conduit, trunking, and cables in walls and ceiling cavities. · Fit and connect electrical accessories, such as consumer units (fuse boards), lighting fixtures, switches, and socket outlets. · Complete the required electrical certification (e.g., Electrical Installation Certificates in the UK) to verify the work meets national electrical and building codes. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Installation Engineer - Electrical We're looking for someone who enjoys delivering high-quality workmanship, takes pride in seeing a project through to completion and has excellent customer-facing skills and enjoys building relationships.
