At Melody Care, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding home care services that help people remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. As a respected and award-winning care provider, we are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Workers to become part of our friendly and supportive team across Hampshire and Surrey.

Our local branches are based in Aldershot, Alton and Camberley, and we will place you at the branch most convenient for your location, supporting clients within the surrounding community.

What We Offer:
• Guaranteed contracted hours – 10, 16, 25, or 35 hours per week
• Supportive management and ongoing training
• A rewarding role where every day makes a difference

Available Hours:
• Morning and lunchtime 7:00am – 3:00pm
• Evening: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

To be considered, applicants must be able to work at least one evening per week and some alternate weekends.

Please note:
• Applicants must hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle
• We are unable to provide Certificate of Sponsorship sponsorships at this time

The Role:

As a Carer, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients in their own homes across Hampshire and Surrey, providing high-quality care and building strong relationships with clients, their families, and our team. You'll be supported by our experienced care management team to ensure your success and career growth.


Responsibilities:

As a Carer, you will be required to help clients in the community with:

  • Medication
  • Personal Care
  • Meal preparation and nutrition
  • Shopping
  • Arranging and accompanying clients to appointments
  • Companionship
  • Light cleaning duties
