Level 2 Nursery Practitioner – Summer Work | Bournemouth
Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic and caring Level 2 Nursery Practitioners to support welcoming nursery settings across Bournemouth during the summer holidays.

The Role
As a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner, you'll be supporting children aged 0–5 years by creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where they can learn, play, and develop. You'll work alongside experienced nursery teams to deliver high-quality care and help children thrive.
Working Hours
We have a range of shifts available, including:
- 8:00am – 6:00pm (full-day shifts)
- 9:00am – 3:00pm (school-friendly hours)
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available throughout the summer holidays.
We're looking for:
- A Level 2 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- A caring, positive, and reliable approach.
- A good understanding of safeguarding and child wellbeing.
- A passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
