Job Title: Senior Hardware R&D Engineer
We are delighted to collaborate with our client who are a local manufacturer and leading provider in their industry, in the search for a seasoned Senior Hardware R&D Engineer. This pivotal role centres on fostering innovation and steering R&D projects to fruition. The Role:
* Coordinate and manage R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to set standards and specifications.
* Engage in product development, from conceptualisation to implementation, fostering innovative solutions.
* Ensure products are developed to comply with industry regulations and standards.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, aligning R&D projects with company strategy and client needs.
* Develop, validate, and implement testing protocols.
The Person:
* Holds a solid track record in a Senior Hardware R&D position within manufacturing or a similar industry.
* STEM background, applicants from Mechanics/Electronics/Physics are warmly welcomed.
* Exemplary project management skills, able to lead projects from initiation to completion.
* Strong analytical skills, with an eye for detail and problem-solving.
* Innovative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into pragmatic solutions.
