Job description
Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (Bank) Hourly rate: £28.21 per hour Location: The Old Prebendal House Contract: Bank Required Qualifications: This role is clinical and as such we require an RGN or RMN and an active NMC PIN, plus a health and social care qualification Level 3/4/5 or a commitment to undertake further training relevant to the role. What You’ll Be Doing: * Leading by example -You’ll proactively manage the care team, ensuring the highest standard of care and support is given to our residents. * Person-centred care -Promote a culture of personalized care that always puts our residents first. * Excellent nursing care -providing nursing care and interventions where needed. * Team leadership -Motivate and support your team, ensuring everyone contributes to the smooth running of the home. * Be a role model -Act as a role model for other clinical and care team members, always striving for excellence. * Reporting -You’ll report directly to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead, keeping them in the loop on any important matters. What We’re Looking For: * A qualified nurse (RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN) * Someone with a genuine passion for elderly care and significant experience working in a care home or similar environment. * A natural leader who enjoys bringing out the best in others Recruitment Process Any conditional offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory background checks, including obtaining suitable references and criminal records check via the Disclosure and Barring Service. We require you to have a good standard of English and numeracy skills, and a passion for looking after the adults in your care.
