My most recent collection, Modern Heirlooms, feels like the beginning of a clear brand universe and a strong foundation for future growth.Creatively, I feel confident in the direction of the work and excited about its commercial potential. The OpportunityI already have more ideas, collections and product directions than I can realistically pursue. The challenge is rarely a lack of ideas; rather deciding which deserve attention and investment. With over 30 pieces already developed or in development, there are constant decisions around production methods, moulds, one-off pieces, pricing, collection structure and future investment. I am looking for someone who enjoys helping shape those decisions and contributing to the commercial direction of the business. One of the key questions is what the most sustainable route to growth looks like: direct-to-consumer sales, wholesale and stockists, showroom representation, or a combination of all three.Areas of Focus* Wholesale, stockist and showroom opportunities* Sales and customer acquisition* Pricing and product strategy* Production planning and manufacturing decisions* Brand positioning and growth* Retail partnerships* Long-term business developmentWho Im Looking ForI am not looking for additional creative direction so much as someone who enjoys refining opportunities, establishing priorities and building a clear commercial roadmap.I am particularly interested in exploring routes into contemporary designer retail, showrooms and higher-end market positioning, whilst remaining open-minded about the role direct-to-consumer sales should play in the long-term growth of the brand. With a growing body of work already developed, I would particularly value someone with a strong understanding of the bigger production picture: helping determine which pieces should be developed further, where investment is best placed, and how collections can evolve in a commercially sustainable way.An understanding of the jewellery industry would be highly desirable, particularly in areas such as wholesale, production, retail, showrooms, brand representation or business development.I also believe the social media landscape is changing rapidly. Whilst I enjoy producing creative content and investing in photography, I am increasingly interested in broader routes to visibility and growth beyond simply posting more content. I am not looking for an influencer, nor am I trying to become one myself, though relevant experience in audience-building would certainly be a bonus. More importantly, I would love to find someone who understands how brands can build awareness through a combination of retail relationships, industry connections, partnerships, events, PR, showrooms and other opportunities both online and offline.Strong organisational skills, commercial judgement and a practical approach to problem-solving are likely to be just as important as creativity.Partnership StructureThis is not a salaried position. The brand is still at an early stage, so the opportunity would be structured as a commission, profit-share or partnership arrangement.I see this as an opportunity for the right person to become involved at a formative stage, help shape the future of the business, and share in the value created as the brand grows. The exact structure and level of involvement are intentionally flexible and would be developed collaboratively.Contact Website: zoelambertlondon.squarespace.comInstagram: @zoe.lambert.londonPlease get in touch with a short introduction, your background, and how you feel you could contribute.Location: London preferred Commitment: Flexible / Ongoing Compensation: Commission / Profit Share / Partnership Arrangement J-18808-Ljbffr
