Job description

Protocol Education is seeking a motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and welcoming school in Shirehampton.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
  • Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence, and participation.
  • Support children with a range of learning needs, including SEN where required.

  • Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
