Ardagh Metal Packaging Netherlands B.V. is een producent van blikjes voor de drankenindustrie. Vanuit onze locatie in Oss produceren wij dagelijks ruim 8 miljoen blikjes voor diverse grote merken. Ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Zwitserland. Wij zijn onderdeel van de Ardagh Group die naast blikverpakkingen ook actief zijn in de glasindustrie. In Oss werken ruim 300 collega’s waarvan het meerendeel werkzaam is in een vijf ploegendienst.
Wij zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die enthousiast wordt van een internationale en technische procesomgeving in de functie van;
Production Planner (fulltime)
Je bent onder andere bezig met;
• Het zorgen voor een dagelijks productieplan en de afroep van de daarbij benodigde grondstoffen.
• Het maken en creeeren van de wekelijkse label allocatie en daarop volgend een voorstel van de week planning.
• Communiceert met de interne -en externe belanghebbenden over afwijkingen ten opzichte van het plan.
• Zorgt voor een productieplan waarbij de sequencing optimaal en in overeenstemming is met de vereisten vanuit de Principal en de belanghebbende Trading regio’s.
• Stemt af en controleert op toeleverende afdelingen mbt gereedheid producten ten behoeve van uitvoering productie plan. Zoals afnamerooster, klantgoedkeuringen, aanwezigheid van standaarden, herplaatsing afgebroken labels enz.
• Bewaakt en coordineert de uitvoerbaarheid van het productieplan.
• Het meewerken aan verschillende (verbeter) projecten binnen de organisatie.
Dit neem je mee;
• Beschikt over HBO-werk- en denkniveau.
APICS - Green belt zijn een pré
• Algemene interesse in een massaproductie omgeving (FMCG).
• Order sequencing (AU), Voorraad- en bestel strategieën (MRP, CRP) zijn bekende termen.
• Afdeling overschrijdende view. Breed inzicht in de organisatie, het productieproces en productiemiddelen.
• Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid in Nederlands en Engels.
• Beschikt over analyserende, organisatorische, communicatieve, en didactische vaardigheden.
• Kennis van diverse geautomatiseerde systemen (Office, SAP, Power BI).
